Shipping methods

Our products will arrive at your home gthanks to international express couriers, adequately packaged and covered by insurance. In case of breakage or tampering with the package, collection of the goods must be refused.
The replacement and return of the product will be the responsibility of Eleat Tartufi Alba s.n.c.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination area and the quantity of the goods. The shipping amount is automatically calculated when you select the destination area by entering your details.

We remind you that shipping is free* in Italy for orders over 100 Euros.

Delivery times for standard orders (no fresh truffles)

Italy: 2-5 working days
Outside Italy: within 7 working days

Delivery times for fresh truffles:

Italy: 24 hours, with the exception of the islands and the most remote locations (48 hours)
Europe: 24 hours, except the most remote locations (48 hours)
Rest of the world: 48 hours

Orders will be processed until stocks last, in which case the entire amount paid will be refunded.
