Store in the refrigerator wrapped in absorbent paper and closed in a jar so as not to spread the aroma. Change the card every 2/3 days.
The sale of black summer truffles takes place exclusively during their harvesting period which is generally between May and mid-September. It is reserved exclusively for customers residing in areas where the courier guarantees delivery within 24/48 hours. Orders will be processed from Monday to Wednesday inclusive, by 2pm. Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery normally takes place within 24 hours of placing the order. The packaging of the truffles is designed to preserve the freshness and integrity of the product for 48 hours, should problems arise that would cause the shipment to be postponed beyond 24 hours.
